In order to achieve the vision of KIWOTAO, the following actions will be carried out:
A) Awareness and development campaigns.
KIWOTAO organizes an international conference once every year, with the intention of bringing women from far and near to be taught, and to be ministered to, according to their needs. Such conferences deliver a full package comprised of business, health, social / family and career talks, with an eye for Christian spirituality and spiritual wellbeing of the woman. KIWOTAO is also given to organizing specific interest trainings for young girls and or women in churches, communities, schools for specific purposes as another form of evangelism. In such situations, facilitators are brought to help build up specific aspects of the said women according to the need that is being addressed.
B) OUTREACH PLATFORMS The Visionary of KIWOTAO has established an NGO registered in Cameroon as "Bifuam Foundation" and in Nigeria, registered as "Bifuam Poverty Alleviation Foundation". Which is made up of three different branches: 1) The Widows Comfort.
We will preach the Gospel of Christ to Widows, for the salvation of their souls, be it individually and or collectively. Thereafter, we will create job opportunities for widows who are qualified to work based on their academic/professional training. For those who are interested in business, we will help them to start their businesses by providing them with trainings and raising start-up capital for them. For those interested in going back to school, we will establish scholarship schemes to take care of their academic needs. For those interested in skilled labour, we will facilitate their training by partnering with training centers. Widows will be enrolled into the above mentioned schemes based on their family/social status. In this way, those with children for example, will generate income to help their children have a better future. Partnerships will also be established with pastor's wives for the follow up of these Widows to ensure that they live, serve in their various capacities and raise their children in the fear of the Lord.
2) Recreating the Orphans Family.
Having verified and certified the status of a young boy or girl child as an orphan, schemes that are similar to those mentioned above, and which are suitable for Orphans, will be put in place. In addition however, these children will be rehabilitated and given an opportunity to be adopted by God fearing families who are certified partners of KIWOTAO. These partners will be required to meet certain conditions such as mental and emotional stability, spiritual growth/maturity, financial stability in order to adopt the children. They will also be assessed against defined criteria to determine their ability to care for the Orphans. KIWOTAO will follow up regularly on the progress of such children by visiting the families and monitoring the child's development with the possibility of withdrawing them for a closer follow-up if need be. KIWOTAO will have trained social workers or staff to support in this area.
3) Restitution of the Abused.
This program will be developed for individuals who have been victims of Abuse and have suffered trauma as a result whether emotionally, physically, sexually. Usually, the lifestyle of such people tends to be modified (negatively for the most part), sometimes exposing them to further dangers in society. The program will seek to "heal" such individuals from the psychological/emotional trauma, help them regain their self-esteem, reintegrate them in society and make them advisory agents all forms of Abuse. The Restitution of the Abuse will build specifically on the transforming power of the Gospel. This presupposes that beneficiaries of this program will initially be exposed to the Gospel and subsequently be subject to special follow up in the form of young converts classes. Bifuam Poverty Alleviation Foundation desires to be established in all the continents of the world. By the special grace of God, I believe this will become a reality for the reason of soul winning.
